The Company can discuss your requirements with you when you place your order, however, please be advised that we will not be able to inspect the waste prior to arriving on site and it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that it is not contaminated or of a size that we would be unable to safely lift. We do not accept responsibility for any advice given by any employee of the Company that you may choose to rely on.

Wasted journeys caused by a failure to provide access will incur a wasted journey charge. Suitable access must be on firm ground to prevent the lorry becoming stuck and immovable, any recovery charges will be passed to the hirer.

The driver has the right to refuse collection of the waste if they feel there is not suitable access to safely complete the collection.
